I was going to suggest the 100 Themes Challenge. But it looks like you already have that in-prog. Why not start with fanart of shows you already watch? That always works for me.
Heh, you should join the herd and draw My Little Pony art (well, maybe not). If you feel in a rut, there are a few things you can try. Stream-of-thought writing has worked for me and I think stream-of-thought drawing can work too. Perhaps you can set a timer for ten minutes, not pay attention to the time, and doodle whatever immediately comes to mind (even if it seems stupid). You can experiment with other mediums like collages, sculpting, or if you want to stick with drawing, experiment with various software tools you haven't tried out (there might be a lot of freeware out there, I don't know much about digital art), or even something "childish" like drawing with crayons (there's actually a pro who specializes in crayons [link]).
Here's a fun one: sensosketching. A sensosketch is a simple drawing you make with your eyes closed. I've been thinking of throwing a few of them in my scraps

Are you by any chance into My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic? If not, please disregard it
